MH Legal Services was established in 2019 by Monika Hill with the aim to offer a very different approach to the traditional legal firms with a friendly and pragmatic service.

About Monika
Monika is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and a Licensed Conveyancer.
In 2011 Monika graduated as a Lawyer through CILEx working through all key core subjects of law. Monika became a Fellow of CILEx in 2013 only 2 years after graduating. This was an incredibly proud moment in Monika’s career as only 37% of CILEx members go onto become Fellows. The usual timescale to complete this is 3 years post-graduation with a significant and high-level body of work as evidence. In 2021 Monika obtained dual qualification and become a Licensed Conveyancer.
Since Monika began her Law career in 2005, she has been with small boutique firms and larger national firms which has given her a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements.
In 2018 Monika made the decision that with the knowledge gained over 13 years it was time to set up her own Legal firm specialising in Probate, Wills and Power of attorney. Monika aims to offer her clients the highest level of customer service and an empathetic approach to each and every clients requirements. Whilst it is a well-used cliché, Monika knows that each client is unique and will present a solution to each client’s requirements.
On a personal level Monika enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends. Monika is married with 2 children, and they enjoy travelling and walking their little Pug Penny!!
